ANN ARBOR, MI -- A woman crashed her vehicle into an Ann Arbor grocery store on Wednesday, causing minor damage to the building, police said.
The vehicle hit a brick pillar outside Arbor Farms Market, 2103 W. Stadium Blvd., around 10:52 a.m. Dec. 27, according to Chris Page, Ann Arbor Police Department spokesperson, who briefly joined the Ann Arbor Fire Department at the scene.
The store’s brick facade was damaged, according to fire department officials, but the building itself and its windows were not damaged in the crash.
The driver had a scrape on her knee but refused to be taken to the hospital, Page said. There was no one else in the vehicle.
