Motorists will need to seek an alternate route as flooding from storms has covered East Road/M-13 in Spaulding Township.

The closure begins at Huntington Road, with additional signage near Washington Avenue and East Street/M-13 in Saginaw warning drivers of the closure ahead.

Many homes along the road are the only visible parts of the property, as water covers most of the land to the west of M-13.

Wickes Park and areas of the Saginaw Riverwalk are also unusable due to flooding.
