Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from a former employee, who claims he was subjected to a hostile work environment, retaliation, and even unpaid wages.
The plaintiff, Murphy Aficionado, alleges that during his time as a project manager for Kanye, he witnessed troubling behavior.
According to the lawsuit, Kanye invited Aficionado to a Beverly Hills hotel, where the rapper allegedly greeted him shirtless and out of breath.

Aficionado claims that Kanye’s wife, Bianca Censori, was also in the room, reportedly standing topless, which led Aficionado to believe the couple had just been intimate.
The situation escalated when Aficionado reportedly heard “loud moaning and clapping” from another room, which he interpreted as sexual activity.

The suit further claims that Kanye, in his usual controversial manner, returned wearing a shirt featuring a swastika and asked Aficionado, “Don't you like my shirt?”
To make matters worse, the lawsuit states that Kanye then showed Aficionado explicit photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
The plaintiff was later asked to return to the hotel, where he allegedly found a famous NFL star present and Kanye and Bianca reportedly wearing nothing but towels, preparing for a massage.
Aficionado claims he was left feeling uncomfortable, once again hearing disturbing sounds from the room as Kanye engaged in sexual activities with his masseuse.
The lawsuit paints a picture of a toxic and unsettling work environment, with Aficionado expressing fear of retaliation from one of the most unpredictable figures in the music industry.
