Shipping Plans

Updates on Oct 14: There is an issue with UPS pickups at our HK warehouse due to the volume. We have delivered the packages to the UPS service center and expect the packages to be scanned this weekend/by Monday and on their way to APAC/Canada customers.

Updates on Oct 13: The container has now arrived at our warehouse. We will do our best to ship out all U.S. orders (except those with address verification issues) by the end of the day!
We are currently investigating the issue with our HK warehouse to get updates on what's happening with the UPS pickup. We expect to have some updates by the end of the day.

Updates on Oct 12: The second container is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse later today. Fingers crossed!

Updates on Oct 11: Most of the pre-orders in EU/UK/APAC/Canada have been processed, with only a few left. Please check your email for your tracking number. The first 50 units for the U.S. will be picked up today from our CA warehouse. The bad news is that the first container was under CBP inspection. The good news is the second container of our mass shipment cleared customs on Tuesday and is on its way to our CA warehouse. We apologize for any potential delays. We will process the remaining shipments for U.S. customers ASAP. We aim to fulfill all the remaining orders by this Friday. (Note: There is a small probability that UPS pickup from our warehouse may be delayed to early next week.)
Based on our past experience, UK/EU shipments are taking a longer time, so we processed most of our first shipment to EU/UK and only 50 units to the U.S. Unfortunately, this caused the delay.

Updates on Oct 10: Tracking and shipments will be processed by regions and order dates. Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to pick up your order after you receive the tracking. Also, please note that Amazon is running the Prime Big Deals event, so warehouses and carriers may be a bit busier than usual. We kindly request that you refrain from emailing our support for updates on your order status while we are actively working on it. Rest assured that all pre-orders should be fulfilled by the end of the week, assuming our NA mass shipment arrives on time. We will keep everyone posted on any updates.

Canada/APAC: Projectors and accessories will be shipped from our HK warehouse by October 11th. All pre-orders will receive tracking information before October 11th.

UK: Projectors will be shipped from the UK warehouse by October 11th. 3D glasses will be shipped by the end of the month. All pre-orders will receive tracking information before October 11th.

EU: Projectors will be shipped from the German warehouse by October 11th. 3D glasses will be shipped by the end of the month. All pre-orders will receive tracking information before October 11th.

USA: Unfortunately, we only received a small delivery on Friday, 50 units. These units are available for shipment by October 11th. However, we remain optimistic about receiving our mass shipment of around 600 units by Tuesday, which will allow us to catch up on shipping for all pre-orders. Rest assured that all accessories, 100-inch screen, sliders, and 3D glasses are prepared and ready for shipping.

We are reaching out to customers with payment issues, so please pay attention to your mailbox. If you didn't receive any email from us, it means your order is good. Thanks for your patience.

We remain committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining transparency with our valued community. Your trust and support are of utmost importance to us, and we will continue to provide updates as we work to resolve the current situation.

For further inquiries or assistance, please reach out to our customer support team [email protected]. Thank you for your continued support.

Testing Video

First, the comparison video showcases contrast ratio testing between the two devices. We tested Cinema Pro as well as the brightest mode.

  • The purpose of the video is not to determine superiority, but rather to illustrate how closely they match in terms of key specifications.
  • The native contrast ratio is >3000:1.
  • The dynamic contrast on the Aurora Pro exceeds 5000:1 in our color-accurate mode and reaches 6000:1 in our brightest mode. This demonstrates our strength in dynamic laser dimming. The black levels can be reduced to below 0.5 nits on a 1.5 gain screen!
  • The color accuracy test. In the SDR test, the Aurora Pro can achieve dE<1 in our most accurate mode, Cinema Pro. In the video, we've shown a side-by-side comparison between 6500K and 7500K in the same test. The white balance dE can significantly impact the overall dE. Our goal is to bring you as close as possible to 6500K, ensuring that your color accuracy is less than 3 out-of-the-box.
  • Brightness: after calibration, the projector will experience a reduction in brightness of approximately 20% from its brightest mode, which is similar to most projectors. The screen's nits can still reach as high as 250 nits.
