About this mod
Pack of building plans to add 7 plots with skins for Sim Settlements 2 including 2 Martial 2x2, 2 Agriculture 2x2, 1 Municipal 2x2, 1 Municipal 3x3 and 1 Interior Commercial Plot. Also adds some minor cooking recipes.

Version 2.1
This update will bring with it a brand new 3x3 Municipal plot Church with an alternate skin and add 2 skins to each of the guard towers. All the skins are faction based so the Church will have a Children of Atom version and the Guard Towers will now have a Raider and Brotherhood of Steel skin. Adjustments to the navmesh and fixed the "Boiled Egg" recipe incorrectly creating a Noodle Cup.
Agriculture Plots
Chicken Coop 2x2 - A chicken coop that produces eggs for your settlement. Eggs are purchasable from the [General Store] with pickled eggs being sold at the [Bar].
Smoke House 2x2 - A smoke house for production of meat from the commonwealth
wasteland. Generates more meat and leather at higher levels. Provides
meat and leather for the settlements while adding some for purchase at
the [General Store].
Commercial Plots
General Store Interior Plot - Western Themed general store for all your shopping needs
Municipal Plots
Outdoor Showers 2x2 - Showers for your settlers to clean up and improve sanitation for the settlement
Church 3x3 - A humble religious building for your settlement to practice religion. Skin available for the Children of Atom
Martial Plots
Guard Tower 2x2 - A 2 story guard tower that comes in a left & right variation. At higher levels has turrets with a spotlight. Has skins for Raiders and Brotherhood of Steel.
Cooking Recipes & Ingredients
Chicken Egg - A small lightweight raw ingredient that shares the same risks as eating any raw meats.
Boiled Egg - 3 Chicken Eggs + 1 Purified Water = 3 Boiled Eggs. Lightweight healing option.
Pickled Egg - Purchasable from the [Bar] at levels 2 & 3. Adds 1 Charisma for an hour.
Chicken Egg Omelette - 3 Chicken Egg + 1 Potato Crisp + 1 Cram = 1 Chicken Egg Omelette. Heals for 100 and gives +1 Endurance.
Requirements
Only requires the base game and it's DLC content. No Creation Club content. Only needs Sim Settlements 2 & Workshop Framework to function.

Future Updates
2.2 will be potentially in the spring and summer or possibly towards the end of the year as I plan to bring in around 10 plots to the current pool of 7. I want them to be as complete and polished as what I have now so it will be released when it's ready.
