Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Pine + Minor is a seven-story mixed-use apartment and ground-level retail project containing 120 residential units. Partial below-grade parking covers the entire site.
NV5 provided geotechnical and environmental support for this project. Our scope included a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and asbestos-containing survey, geophysical survey and limited subsurface investigation, a geotechnical investigation, and consultation during development.
