Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for Standard Stock Items
We can only accept refunds for standard stock items (items that are ready-made and not customized). For eligible returns of standard stock items, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

No Refunds for Custom-Made Goods
For custom-made goods (products that are personalized or made to your specifications), we do not accept refunds. Once the order for a custom item is placed, it is considered final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you have any concerns or special requests, please contact us before placing your order to ensure your satisfaction.

Standard Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

At OJ Exclusive, we strive to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible. Our delivery policy is designed to be transparent and informative.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within the approved production time when the order is placed. For stock items we will dispatch within 5 business days. For bespoke orders it can range from 30 to 60 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the delivery method selected. Here are some estimated delivery times for standard shipping:

IX. TERMINATION

1. The user agrees to the termination of access and use of the website « www.oj-exclusive.com » if OJ EXCLUSIVE reasonably believes that Users have violated the letter or spirit of the TC, acted in noncompliance, violated the rights of OJ EXCLUSIVE or any other cause.
2. The user agrees to give up is right to a notification of cancelation of his access to »www.oj-exclusive.com ». . However, upon user request, OJ EXCLUSIVE will send a notification.
3. The user may not hold OJ EXCLUSIVE liable for modification or removal of the website « www.oj-exclusive.com ».
4. The provisions entitled “DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY  » and « GENERAL PROVISIONS  » remain in effect after termination of the TC.

X. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Unless otherwise provided, the information and the CONTENT of the website « www.oj-exclusive.com » are presented solely for promoting products and services by OJ EXCLUSIVE.
2. OJ EXCLUSIVE explicitly draw the attention of the user on the fact that the CONTENT may not be appropriate or available for use in all countries of the world.
3. Nothing contained on the website « www.oj-exclusive.com » shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, design or otherwise appearing on the website « www.oj-exclusive.com ».Only a written consent letter will allow the user the right to use any trademark, design or otherwise appearing on the website « www.oj-exclusive.com
4. The use of the website « www.oj-exclusive.com » is made at the risk of the user.
5. The user shall be liable, under the law in force at the place of situation and keep in mind that access to the CONTENT may not comply with the law, for some people in some countries.

8. The French version of the CG « www.oj-exclusive.com » governs the relationship between the user and OJ EXCLUSIVE, but also those with third parties.
9. In case of contradiction between translated versions of the TV and the French version, only the latter shall prevail.
10. Access and the use of the website « www.oj-exclusive.com » imply compliance with Dutch laws in force.
11. OJ EXCLUSIVE reserves at all times, the right to amend these TC, supplementing or deleting them. The changes are shown on the website « www.oj-exclusive.com ».
12. The possible invalidity of one or more provisions of these terms does not compromise the validity of other provisions.
13. Dutch law is exclusively applicable to these TC. The interpretation of a provision, if necessary, is done in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and Dutch public policy. The jurisdiction is in Almelo. The waiver of OJ EXCLUSIVE to enforce one or more provisions of these TC shall be construed as a waiver of any other provision or (the) same (s) available (s) for violations later.
