And fans were quick to comment on the stunning shot, with one writing: "Congratulations Wayne and family. Cass is beautiful,” while another gushed: “Congrats, Wazza. You are the legend."
Coleen – who shared the first photograph of their tot just hours after the birth – welcomed a baby boy with her husband Wayne after announcing they were expecting their fourth child in August 2017.
The 31-year-old, who was embroiled in a scandal after husband Wayne was caught drink-driving behind the wheel of Laura Simpson’s car in September, announced the news on Twitter and uploaded his first ever picture on Instagram.
Coleen wrote: "So Happy to welcome our Baby Boy... Cass Mac Rooney into the world weighing a helathy 8lb 10oz. He is beautiful." Wayne and Coleen are already parents to sons Kai, seven, Klay, four, and Kit, one.
Coleen announced she was to become a mother again on August 18 2017 tweeting: "So happy!!! Never denied the news, but I was was protecting it!! Had scan & all checks are fine. Baby number 4 is on its way."
What’s hot
She had previously revealed that she would be happy to welcome a baby girl, but would be equally as happy to have another boy.
"I don’t think you can try for a girl," she explained. "You can try for a baby and whether you have a girl or a boy is a different matter. I don’t know our plans of what we want to do, but I wouldn’t be desperate for a girl. Whether I did have another one, I wouldn’t mind whatsoever."
Coleen later exclusively told OK! Magazine: "I can imagine having a girl. I’ve got a massive family so I’m around girls as well as having boys myself.
“I’m not desperate, but a girl would be nice as part of the family."
