A 30-year-old man accused of setting the fire that destroyed a 113-year-old Southwest Portland apartment building on May 16 pleaded not guilty Friday to more than a dozen felony arson charges.

Garrett A. Repp was arraigned Friday at Multnomah County’s Justice Center on 15 counts of first-degree arson, 16 counts of reckless endangerment and first-degree criminal mischief.
