*     Won a bronze medal in the 53kg category of the 34th National Games in Jharkhand with a total lift of 161kg on February 22, 2011.

*     Won three gold medals in 58kg category of the 30th Senior Women National Weightlifting Championship, lifting 83kg in snatch, 112kg in clean and jerk and 195kg in total at Jaipur on March 12, 2015.
*     Secured one gold medal in women 58kg category, lifting 82kg in snatch, 110kg in clean & jerk for a total of 192kg in the 35th National Games at Thrissur in Kerala on Feb 2, 2015.
*     Bagged three gold medals in women 58kg class of the Senior National Weightlifting Championship, lifting a total of 188kg (81+107) at Berhampur on Dec 25, 2011.

*     Won one bronze medal in 58kg senior women category of the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship, held at Chhatrapati Shivaji Stadium in Pune from October 11 to 16, 2015.
*     Bagged three silver medals in senior women 53kg category of the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship with a total of 175kg at Penang in Malaysia on Oct 22, 2009.
*     Bagged three gold medals in 58kg category of the 1st South Asian Weightlifting Championship at Nepalgunj in Nepal on March 23, 2012.
*     Bagged the gold medal in senior women 58kg category of the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship with efforts of 75kg in snatch, 100kg in clean and jerk for a total of 175kg at Apia in Samoa on June 6, 2012.
*     Participated in the World Weightlifting Championship, held in Antalya, Turkey from 17-26 September 2010.
*     Won her first international medal at the 2009 Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships in Malaysia, securing silver medal in the women 53 kg category.

*    Minati was provisionally suspended from all competitions under the banner of the world body after she failed dope tests during the Commonwealth Championships held at Pune in October, 2015.
