Facial Paralysis

After a surgery to remove a rare cancer affecting her neck and face, Jen was given the news that her facial nerve had been severed and she had facial paralysis affecting the right side of her face. Devastated, she searched for someone who could help her regain movement in her face. Dr. Amit Kochhar talks about symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of Bell's Palsy. Bell’s palsy is a paralysis or weakness of the muscles on one side of your face. Fortunately, the majority of patients will recover normal or near-normal facial nerve function with medication only.
