Our co-op has been a fixture of the Kirkland community since 1978. Kirkland PCC’s original location was our second store — once known as PCC East — and was established by dedicated members. Some of our longstanding programs were born there, most notably, the PCC Food Bank Program. Today, Kirkland PCC may be bigger, but those tight-knit, neighborhood connections still hold strong.
Located in the bustling city center near parks, restaurants and office buildings, Kirkland PCC is perfect for a quick lunch break or your weekly grocery haul. Stop by our full-service meat and seafood counter for a responsibly harvested salmon fillet and pair it with organic, peak-season veggies from our robust produce department. Or, let us cook dinner, with meals for two, family-size salads and ready-to-heat casseroles from the PCC Market Kitchen — made fresh daily.
Kirkland PCC is our fifth store to become Living Building Challenge (LBC) Petal Certified. Run by the International Living Future Institute, LBC is the most rigorous green building standard in the world.
LEARN MOREWoven throughout the west end of the store is an installation by local artist Mary Iverson. “World Tablecloths” explores the unique communities that make up Kirkland using culturally inspired textile patterns.
Whether you’re seeking classic or vegan slices, you’ll find ready-to-eat and take-and-bake pies to round out pizza night, made from scratch daily.

“Grocery stores have become so much more than where we buy food — they’re places of gathering and connection for the community. I am so grateful to be able to lead a market that has been serving the Kirkland community for more than 40 years. It’s such a great time to be with the co-op, considering all the amazing progress in our knowledge of healthy eating and increased awareness of the challenges in our food chain.”
