(AP Photo/Richard Drew) Australian band The Wiggles have reunited for a summer tour, complete with the original Yellow Wiggle — Greg Page. It will the first time the gang, which also includes Murray Cook, Jeff Fatt and Anthony Field, will be performing together in five years.
On the venue list? Hershey Theatre.
The kid-friendly group will have kids dancing as they get them up and moving for the show, entitled “Getting Strong — The Wiggles! Live in Concert.” Kids are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite Wiggles character and to yell “Wake up, Jeff!” whenever Fatt falls asleep onstage.
Perhaps the biggest draw for Wiggle fans is Page, who bowed out of the group in 2006 for health reasons. He was replaced by Sam Moran. Page reclaimed his position as yellow Wiggle in January this year.
The Wiggles will be doing two shows at Hershey Theatre, one at 12:30 p.m. and another at 4 p.m. on Aug. 11. Tickets are $18.25, $27.25, $45.25 and $78.25 and go on sale at 10 a.m. May 11.
