HOW DO I PAY?
Based on the delivery method, you can choose the following payment methods:
1. Payment at the supplier's premises (PIATRAONLINE showroom)
a) Cash payments are available in the showroom located in Aleea Teisani 137A, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. Keep in mind that, according to the current legislation legal entities can pay cash up to 1000 eur, and individuals can pay cash up to 2000 eur. No additional commission is charged.
b) Payment by VISA or Mastercard in the showroom. No commission is charged for card payments. All bank debit cards, debit cards with overdrafts, or credit cards issued under Mastercard (including Maestro) and VISA (including VISA Electron) are accepted.
2. Online payment (you will receive a secure payment link by email)
After processing your order, you will receive a secure payment link from Netopia Payments. Payments of proforma invoices generated by PIATRAONLINE can only be paid online by credit or debit card. The payment is 100% secure, vouched by the 3D Secure platform. For online payment, you will be directed to the Netopia Payments platform. Your card information will not be stored on our servers.
3. Bank transfer (delivery after transaction confirmation)
After choosing this payment method, you will receive an email with all the needed details for completing the payment. The order will be shipped only after the amount has been credited to our bank account. Complete the following data for making a P.O. (payment order):
