Today, we’re going to talk about #teasertuesday and how - the Torso Ab Press on the Chair using the sitting box!   🌸The Torso Ab Press is a fundamental exercise when learning how to do teaser on the box because it takes your hip flexors out of it and  allows you to focus on deep abdominal engagement.
