Mad Over Food on Instagram: "Eid Mubarak to everyone celebrating 🌙 Try this chilled and super easy dessert recipe 🥰.  1. Boil 500ml milk. Once it comes to boil, add 1/4 cup sugar. Mix 50ml room temperature milk with 2 tbsp custard. Add this to the boiling milk and whisk continuously until smooth. Boil for 3-4 mins and let it cool completely.  2. Mix 50ml fresh cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 cup condensed milk and whisk well. 3. Trim off edges from bread slices. Place two layers on a dish and cover with custard mixture. Place another layer of bread slices and cover with custard mixture.  4. Spread the cream mixture on top. Garnish with crushed dried rose petals and chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and enjoy! 1 liter Full Fat Milk
120g (1/2 cup) Fresh Cream
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt

🌿Add full fat milk and fresh cream in a  bring it to a simmering boil on medium heat 
🌿Turn off the flame and add some vinegar to the milk little by little until the milk separates into whey and curd.
🌿Remove the curds in a strainer lined with muslin cloth and wash with water. 
🌿Squeeze out the excess liquid and keep it on the strainer for 30mins to cool down. 
🌿Blend it with some salt until it becomes silky smooth. You can add some of the why water if needed to get a smooth consistency
🌿 Transfer it in a container and chill for couple of hours before you an use it
