12 oz cooked spag, drained. 2 tbsp EVOO. 3 cloves minced garlic. 0.75 cup heavy cream. 0.75 cup chicken broth. 1 cup hot water. 0.75 cup shredded Italian cheese blend. In frying pan, fry garlic, then add cream, broth, half of water and bring to boil. Add spag and toss. Add cheese. Add more hot water until desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste and parsley to garnish.
