Whether you’ve been putting off putting up your holiday decorations or you’ve been playing Mariah Carey’s Christmas album since Nov. 1, for those who celebrate Christmas, it’s time to start thinking about a tree. While real trees are non-negotiable for some people, there are plenty of perks in investing in a fake tree — especially if you have kids or pets.

The National Union Catalog Christmas tree is back @ Gleeson Library. Our 2009 edition was well received, so we set out to one-up our efforts from last year. This year’s tree is over 9 feet tall, and has 2 spouts next to it. In the background of a few of the photos is our award winning Cable Car Book Cart.
