Inside Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’s Art Deco Home in New York
AD100 Hall of Fame interior designer William Sofield, the jovial godfather of modern luxury whose clients have included Tom Ford and Ralph Lauren, designed the couple's New York town house. Ripa and Consuelos brought on Sofield and his creative right hand and vice president at Studio Sofield, Emma O’Neill, to renovate their Upper East Side home when they purchased it 12 years ago. A Design Couple Conceives a Cozy and Creative Apartment in Sonoma
For Alex Mutter-Rottmayer and Austin Carrier, husbands and the designers behind Hommeboys Interiors and Haus of Hommeboys, the separation between life, work, and play is infinitesimal. Considering this, it’s no surprise that the AD PRO Directory members’ office, showroom, and home all sit under one roof. With a custom marble trough sink and millwork fabricated by Haus of Hommeboys, the primary bathroom manages a lightness with Zia Tile’s zellige tile in Skylight and a mirror, light fixtures, and hardware by Rejuvenation.

Inside Chrissy Metz’s LA Hideaway
The 5,700-square-foot Spanish Colonial Revival–style residence, located in a lush, gated community, represented more than just increased space and security for Metz. (Metz had experienced a break-in at her prior home.) It was kismet: As she puts it, the place was just “very intentional and very beautiful,” a quality evident in every detail. “Even the archways have vents that are arched,” Metz observes. “I think it’s different because the owner was the builder, and when the builder actually lives in the house, where there’s care that’s taken—it’s just very deliberate and purposeful.” Photo by Sam Frost
