Then you have to try this delicious Red Date Milk Tea recipe! This recipe does not use any tea leaves, but the Chinese call it a tea (红枣茶) because of the colour.

If you are fan of Bubble Milk Tea, change to this instead for the health benefits! According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese Brown Sugar is used to boost energy and for blood regeneration. All the other ingredients used are also beneficial for health 😀

Ingredients
Red dates, 5 pieces cut in halves
Chinese Brown Sugar, 1 cube (this can be replaced with powdered version too) 
Ginger, 3 slices
Goji Berries, 2 tsp
Drinking water, 300ml
Pure Milk, 200ml
