These gorgeous earrings have 2 dangles. The top dangle looks like a circle, which houses a 3.3mm pearl and what looks to be a crown. The bottom dangle features an elaborate design with a center blue stone, perhaps a tourquoise? The intricacy of the design is impressive. These are post earrings with butterfly closures.
