• 1/2 cup Lemongrass
• 1 Red bell pepper -sliced into thin strips
• 1 Red chile, spicy medium
• 1/2 cup Shallots
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Fish sauce
• 1/4 cup Lime juice, fresh
• 1 tbsp Sugar or honey
Pasta & Grains
• 8 oz Vermicelli rice noodles
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice, ground
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
• 1 tsp Sugar

• 1/4 cup Peanut or olive oil
