It's easier than you think! Getting Started: - Place tape measure over your UNDERWEAR - Keep the tape measure comfortably loose, NOT too loose! - Also make sure the tape is leveled from the front to the back. - These are body measurements, not clothing measurements. Note us if you provide garment measurements. A- BASIC measurements & Weight: 1. Waist CIR: Remove or raise any layers of clothing blocking your waist. Measure around the smallest part of your waist, about 1 to 2 inches above your belly button. 2. Hips CIR: Stand with your feet together then measure around the fullest part of your hip. 3. Height: Stand straight against a wall. Mark where the top of your head touches. Measure from the floor to the mark. 4. Inseam: Take a measuring tape and calculate the length between just below your crotch and the bottom of your ankle. B- EXTRA measurements: 5. Rise: Start at the bottom center of the crotch seam and measure up to the top of the waistband. 6. Outseam: Position your tape at the top of your waistband at your side. Then, slide the measuring tape down to the point where your pants hit your shoes. 7. Thigh CIR: Wrap the tape around the thickest part of your thigh.
