Or you can offer the option to your customers. I m using water 💧 ganache recipe from @treatsbytay Ganache recipe : 65 gr white candy melt 1 Tbsp water. Microwave for 30 seconds, mix well. Let it sit a little bit so the ganache won’t be too runny.
