Adaptive Tasks: Grocery Isle/Product Match-Navigating the grocery store is a great life skill task. For this task I took pictures of the isle signs at one of our local grocery stores. I then made several images of products you find in all of the isles. The student lays out the images of the signs and then matches the products to the isle they think they would locate them in.

Adaptive Tasks: Cookie Order Task-Helping students learn about customer service and following orders is one of the things we do during our pre-vocational time in the classroom. Here is a visual of a product I have put together to help students learn to fill customer orders. Students fill individual cookie orders by looking at the numbered order cards, finding the matching cookies, and placing them in the corresponding numbered cookie envelopes.
