The spies were hid in flax and barley by Rahab, she only asked to be spared from the attack. She marked her house by hanging a red cord out her window. She was spared, and then acknowled the Hebrew God, thus gains a place of honor in Scripture. Rahab married Salmon, placing her in Christ's genealogy. Imagine that, a harlot?
