For someone planning a BWCA trip, there's no better map resource than this oversized book of W.A. Fisher BWCA maps. They cover all of the BWCA as well as Quetico wilderness area across the border in Canada. It's a great way to explore some possible routes. Once you settle on an area (and an entry point), you can purchase the specific maps you'll need for your trip.
