In this tutorial I show you how to make a basic Celtic heart link, that can be used for making chain, earrings, necklace, ring or anything you can think of.

We were inspired by Celtic knots in designing this large aluminum cross pendant necklace. Aluminum makes it a lot lighter than it appears! It measures about 3 1/2 - 4 1/4" (9 - 10.8 cm) from the top to the bottom of the piece. The aluminum wire bail adds an extra 3/4" ( 2.2 cm) making it a total length of about 4 1/4- 4 7/8" (11 -12.5cm) from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant.
