Frances Villiers, Lady Jersey (1753 - 1821). Mistress of George IV from 1793 to 1803. She was the reason the early days of George IV's marriage to Caroline of Brunswick failed, as she intentionally tried to make Caroline's life horrible. She was well liked by George's mother, Queen Charlotte.
