2 Moro men. Each has a Barong short sword. My guess is that these men are Tausug Moros, since the Barong was the Tausug's favorite weapon. Tausug is a portmanteau of Tau (meaning "people") and sug (short for sulug, meaning "ocean current"). The Barongs are ornamental (see the fancy-looking handles), so they are probably chiefs.
