"I'm not sure, but I think the outfit is made of dupion silk. The top/jacket/kameez is heavily embroidered on the front and cuffs with metallic thread (Zardozi embroidery), beads and sequins. It's flared at the bottom, has side slits and hook-and-eye closure up the front. The voluminous skirt/salwar has a sheen to it and has gold thread dot pattern woven into it, with a metallic gold trim on the hem. It has a drawstring waist with a side zipper.
