It you want to build your chest, you need to implement some of these movements!-Barbell bench is a mus! Personally, I think it is the best movement to grow your chest. Progressing on the bench press will ensure growth, so focus a lot of your attention on getting your bench press up! Incline DB press is amazing. Just need to make sure you’re form is on point and your not hitting too much front delt. Decline bench is great because you can really push some weight.
