Underwater Party

I used Pinterest to come up with ideas for my daughters underwater themed Bat Mitzvah. This is using the 100' rolls of plastic table cloth. I held the liner up to the ceiling using zip ties, threaded eyelets, and wood sticks, and binder clips. The wood was zipties to the vent registers on the ceiling. The cutouts were back lit by blue and teal floralytes which you can find on ebay. I also used underwater lighting by leaton which you can find on amazon.
