After cleaning up the oil tank, the couple added a shipping container that functions as an underground garage (behind the arched double doors near the foot of the tower). The stones on the face of the house and garage come from the property, and Ms. Chase-Motzkin, who once ran a landscaping company, installed many of them herself.
