Resilience is the idea that when bad things happen, you're able to fully recover or bounce back. So, for example, like a willow bends but doesn't break. Resilient people are more likely to find meaning and purpose in their day-to-day lives. They are more likely to be able to set limits and have realistic expectations, and they're often more likely to take time for themselves. If people are able to integrate some of these techniques, they may find that they're more able to bounce back.
