Ankylosing spondylitis with dagger sign | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
The dagger sign is a radiographic feature seen in ankylosing spondylitis as a single central radiodense line on frontal radiographs related to ossification of supraspinous and interspinous ligaments. https://radiopaedia.org/articles/dagger-sign-spine
Vertebral Paget disease with picture frame appearance | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
Picture frame vertebral body is a radiologic appearance in which the cortex of the vertebral body is thickened. This sign can be seen in patients with Paget disease. It is a result of disorganised new cortical bone formation after excessive osteoclastic activity causes the resorption of normal bone. Lunate dislocation | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
The piece of pie sign refers to an abnormal triangular appearance of the lunate on a PA image of the wrist representing either lunate dislocation or perilunate dislocation 1,2. A lateral image will help differentiate whether there is lunate or perilunate dislocation, with lunate dislocation demonstrating a spilled teacup sign. The claw sign is useful in determining whether a mass arises from a solid structure or is located adjacent to it and distorts the outline. It refers to the sharp angles on either side of the mass, which the surrounding normal parenchyma forms when the mass has arisen from the parenchyma. As such, normal parenchyma extends some way around the mass. https://radiopaedia.org/articles/claw-sign-mass
Joubert syndrome | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
Joubert anomaly, also known as vermian aplasia or molar tooth midbrain-hindbrain malformation, is an autosomal recessive disorder where there is a variable degree of cerebellar vermal agenesis. Joubert syndrome (congenital vermian hypoplasia) | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
Multiple abdominal viscera thromboembolic infarcts | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
The cortical rim sign is useful in distinguishing acute pyelonephritis from a segmental renal infarct and is seen on contrast enhanced CT or MRI. This sign seen as a result of cortical necrosis may also be seen in conditions like renal transplant rejection, intravascular haemolysis, shock, and as a consequence of obstetric complication. https://radiopaedia.org/articles/cortical-rim-sign

Retropharyngeal carotid arteries (kissing carotids) | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
The term kissing carotids refers to tortuous and elongated vessels which touch in the midline. They can be be found in: retropharynx intra-sphenoid within the pituitary fossa within sphenoid sinuses within sphenoid bones https://radiopaedia.org/articles/kissing-carotids

Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm - side branch type | Radiology Case | Radiopaedia.org
IPMNs are one of a number of mucinous tumours of the pancreas and can be further divided both histologically and with respect to their macroscopic appearance 5. They are uncommon ductal epithelial tumours comprising approximately 10-15% of cystic pancreatic neoplasms.
