Endometrial carcinoma - most common gyno malignancy. Uterine bleeding. Look for an endo layer or more than 5 mm with bleeding or 8 mm without. Irregularity, cystic changes less common. Hydrometra or hematometra. Tamoxifin associated.

Cervical Carcinoma Most often squamous cell. When fully composed of undifferentiated neoplastic cells it is referred to as carcinoma in situ. PAP smears. look for mass, Differential is a cervical myoma (fibroid/leiomyoma). May also have cystic neoplasms. Hcg Levels, Squamous Cell, Polycystic Ovaries
