A Cromeola illustration represented in whimsical 3D hand-sculpted ceramic. Ceramic Masks are symbols of protection and prosperity. This piece is hand-built with ceramic clay, using cromeola illustrations as inspiration and a jumping-off point to create a 3D version of a whimsical illustration, decorated using my own mason stain recipes to enhance the texture creating a painterly effect then fired in an electric kiln. A unique way to add ceramic art to your decor. Each piece is sculpted, using mid-body clay, my custom-designed stains, fired, glazed, and then fired again in an eclectic kiln with Gold Leaf accents.
