Hands-down the most popular time of day in first grade is Guided Math Rotations! 💗

This system is SO easy to manage!
Each day after our whole group mini lesson, students visit 3 stations:

🌟 Teacher Table: For small group instruction with me where we have hands-on, guided practice on our learning objective

🌟Math Tub: Students work with a partner and complete 1 tub activity each day. We use a lot of math center routines so these activities don’t take a lot of time to introduce and students can work independently.

🌟 Independent Work: either math technology or independent work (this could be workbook pages or a math folder)

When I’ve had bigger classes, I’ve also done 4 groups/4 rotations, but 3 is my favori Guided Math Rotations, Math Folders, Teacher Table, Center Rotations, Math Rotations, Small Group Instruction, Independent Work, Learning Objectives, Classroom Setup
