Jo Hutton on Instagram: "There is a multi million pound industry trying to convince you that you need the expensive yoga leggings, but you really don’t. Traditionally yoga was performed in loose fitting cotton clothes, or very little clothing at all. As someone living in the north east of England I definitely need a few more layers than that but the main thing is that you’re comfortable and can move. There’s nothing wrong with buying the special yoga clothing, (I’ve got quite a few myself), but you don’t NEED them. Yoga is not about how you look, or how much money you have, it’s about how you feel, and how you are in the world."
