Expressing Infinite Love Poem by Sandra Feldman

Expressing Infinite Love

Rating: 5.0

Tonight,
When all stars are far away,
And day is no longer day,
I will think of you
And cry.

Long ago,
We were together
In one single breath and sigh
Not a cloud, no stormy weather
Just one deep and gentle smile.

Yes,
We only had each other,
Like the sea its loving moon,
We lived only for each other
Happiness,
Was it too soon?
Now the Night has only shadows
And the sea's without its moon,
I will always cry tomorrow
For the Love, I lost too soon.

A sea without a moon..a powerful visual of how love should be where it once was, a very sad poem that so many can relate to, an infinite longing.....very powerful poetry Sandra

Love builds moon in mind of joyfulness. A nice read I have done.
