We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Dean to lead our School of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the academic programs, fostering a collaborative and innovative academic environment, and spearheading research initiatives that contribute to society.

Your Role as Dean
As the leader of the STEM School, you will:
• Develop and implement academic strategies that align with the university’s mission and vision.
• Enhance the quality of STEM education to meet both local and global industry needs.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative academic community that drives innovation.
• Strengthen partnerships with industry, government, and academic institutions locally and internationally.
• Drive impactful research initiatives that address current and emerging challenges in STEM fields.

Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for an experienced academic leader with a strong commitment to STEM education and a proven track record of leadership. The ideal candidate should possess:
• A doctorate degree in a STEM discipline with at least a Lektor academic rank.
• A market-driven mindset, with a solid understanding of industry trends and workforce demands.
• A strong academic and research background in STEM fields.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-partner collaborations and complex educational initiatives.

Ketentuan Umum:
Usia maksimal 45 tahun dan 50 tahun untuk Lektor Kepala
Lebih disukai Ph.D. atau Ph.D. calon (ABD)
Memiliki minimal tiga publikasi (publikasi Nasional/Internasional)
Kemahiran bahasa Inggris adalah suatu keharusan

Join our team as a Recruitment and People Development Manager

Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Demonstrated experience in : recruitment and assessment, designing and implementing
employee learning and development programs, establishing and managing Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing performance management systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
