An incident involving a car and a pedestrian in the early hours of Thursday, November 14, has closed northbound lanes of the Hume Highway north of Goulburn.

There is now one northbound lane open on the Hume near Boxers Creek Road. Both lanes were closed for a period of time.
Police are on the scene directing traffic.
