Region in the Mindanao island group

Northern Mindanao, also known as Region X, is a region of the Philippines, located in Mindanao. It has a population of 5,022,768 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 20,458.51 square kilometers.

The region is composed of the provinces of Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental, and Misamis Oriental, and the highly-urbanized cities of Iligan City and Cagayan de Oro City. Its regional center is Cagayan de Oro City.

In the 2022 elections, the region had 3,060,485 registered voters.
