The text includes her telling of a "mysterious hand", and much, much more. The back-page has multiple related photos. The coverage tells of the (still) unsolved mystery surrounding the burning (and ultimate death) of Elfrieda (Freda) Knaak, in Lake Bluff, Illinois. Over the years, rumors as to the cause of her death have included suicide, burglary, murder, and by the hand of a ghost. See images for details. No better issue can likely be found regarding this event as the location is a suburb of Chicago.
