Ousted Broncos coach Wayne Bennett — who’s blitzing his Rabbitohs stint — has just signed another multimillion-dollar deal off a decision he made with fiance Dale Cage.

The NRL super coach who’s been blitzing his 2019 season with the Rabbitohs, has had a fresh win — landing a sale for his Yeronga home within 18 days of listing it on the market.

The Brisbane Corso home sold for $2.12m according to a Ray White statement, with a local family downsizing into the four bedroom home.

The Brisbane Corso home in Yeronga is set back from the river.

The home was listed as an executive property with a tri-storey design.

Bennett and fiance Dale Cage made $145,000 on top of the price they paid for it two and a half years ago — $1.975m.

The pair said in a statement that it was a “fantastic result”, off the “great communication and hard work” of agents Tim Davis and Rochelle Ferguson of Ray White Sherwood-Graceville.

Mr Davis said they had “45 groups through the property and seven people had multiple inspections”.

Stunning entertainment space.

The gourmet kitchen has a free-flowing design.

The home has three bathrooms and a three-car garage.

“There was a lot of local interest from buyers looking to downsize but stay near the river” with some interstate interest out of Sydney and Melbourne.

“We had one fan who came to an inspection and spent an hour or more taking selfies of himself in every room of the house — from the kitchen to the pool.”

“There’s no doubt that the Brisbane Corso was the address that brought out the buyers but it was the quality and size of the house that people loved the most.”
