"El apartamento muy limpio, todo nuevo y con unas zonas comunes muy cuidadas. Tiene muy buen acceso a la llegada y bien comunicado. La única pega que solo hay wifi en la zona de la piscina y que la tele tiene pocos canales. Antony es muy cordial y te atienden genial . Recomiendo esta estancia"

"Every summer my family and I rented a beach house for our holidays, and I can assure that this lovely and spacious flat is one of the best where we have been. Its ubication is unbeatable (just in the middle of Via Marginal and seafront promenade), the sea view is fantastic, and everything in its interior is superb: furniture, electrical appliances, amenities, cleanliness... we felt at home! As well as the attention of Rental Retreats has been great. I'm looking forward to returning!"

"This villa is fantastic! 14 of us (all just finished uni) stayed, and the villa was so huge that it never felt cramped. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated, with literally everything you could need for a holiday. The new pool was a bonus too - just finished when we arrived, it was ideal for the sunny days. The outdoor barbecue was well-used too. Sao Martinho is a quiet town - I'm not sure there'd be a great amount for families with small children, but the beach is huge, and being in a bay means that the waves aren't too strong. We did plenty of walking around the bay, and a day trip to Obidos. Lots of decent restaurants around too. Antony at Rental Retreats was super helpful, answering every question we had. The price was excellent value too, saving a lot of money on more "traditional" tourist destinations like the Algarve. I can thoroughly recommend Casa Grande!"

"The Apartment was just as described, very spacious with everything you could want. The pool was slighly smaller than we thought it would be but it wasn't a problem. The area we were in was very clean not far to walk to the large Supermarket, outdoor market & Miss Daisy's for fresh croissants in the mornings and easy walking distance to the beach & fine restuarants. We must mention the gentleman that worked in the tourist information office, nothing was to much trouble and he organised some great tours for us to go on. The children aged 9 & 11 loved the area it was so pretty and we are definately planning another visit next year and hope that we can get to grips with paddle boarding. I must also say how helpful Anthony Masters was and the information pack that was left in the apartment was excellent."

"We had a fantastic holiday in Sao Martinho!! There were 15 of us staying at Casa Grande and we were all incredibly impressed by the property. The owner has really gone all out to make sure that everything you could possibly need was there. The 2 kitchens are really well equipped as is the outdoor kitchen/barbecue area and both living rooms have games consoles, sky TV and a good selection of DVD's which came in very handy with the kids. The outdoor swimming pool is great and large enough for big groups. All the bedrooms are a great size and great attention to detail has been provided in the furnishing of the rooms. The town itself is lovely, just a short walk away to the beautiful beach and many restaurants. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance. There are many beautiful towns nearby which you can go to on public transport. We did a few day trips, visiting Nazare, Lisbon and Alcobaca. I would highly recommend this property - you will not be disappointed. The service provided by Antony Masters was exceptional - he quickly answered any questions I had and when I needed to change the date of our holiday he was very accommodating."

"Recently we have passed a week in this lovely apartment. Once you know the city of Sao Martinho you instantly know you are on the best spot. The views are amazing. But inside the apartment is great too. 32 inch Tv Plasma (in Portugal it´s difficult to see that), leather sofas, american cuisine with absolutely everything you could think of, the bed of the en-suite is a dream and all the facilities do your stay a very pleasant experience. Outisde Sao Martinho is the most beatiful little town of the area(to me, even more than Nazaré). It´s the perfect place to do trips and see the World Heritage Monuments of the Silver Coast (so many, but Batalha it´s terrific), plus you are an hour trip to Lisbon, Coimbra, Tomar(amazing refugee of the Templars). We actually stayed in winter, but if we would have gone in summer, probably we would never go out. Right in front of the apartment door you have a pool, and rigth down the beach (and this beach is one of the most beatiful you´ll ever see). If this wasn´t enough the price it´s more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this aparment for the vacations of your life. Thanks to Antony for your time and advices, and to Ralf( great help when we needed him)."

"The apartment was great, large enough for a family of 6, with children ages from 9 - 17, all clean & well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space. Ana was on hand to help with anything needed and she was very helpful and lovely. The area itself is beautiful, having not been to that area before, we found it really nice and would love to return to explore a bit more. The apartment is only a short walk to the sea front, restaurants and shops. I would definately reccomend staying in this apartment, it was very easy dealing with Anthony on this side and Ana at the destination."
