Looking for a eyeshadow palette & Lipstick palette recommendations!

I'm on the look out for investing on a really good eyeshadow and lipstick palette that will be a good companion for my cosplays and everyday use. 

I would be needing something that have variety of colors and pigmented ones, some with glitters but fine if none.

A good eyeshadow palette is something I basically invest during my cosplays as I love the variety of options on colors for a look that I want to achieve. 

I'd love to have a Japanese brand but I'm not really good where to find one. Nonetheless, I'm not picky as long as it fits the description and really good to use is fine.

Yup, I'm replenishing and updating on my cosplay supplies and I'm interested to see what's new on the market. Well, it doesn't have to be new just maybe try other brands and see if It'd be great.

If you know any, please comment out any suggestions I'd be really helpful.
