“I hope this place does not cease to exist... I have been there twice, the first time was good and the second time even better, the sushi, the burgers and the attitude of the waiters... I love them... I hope May they be motivated to be better every time, since most places have waiters who apparently hate life! I don't recommend alcoholic drinks, since they charge you for a sad glass as if you drank the whole bottle, but everything else is very good, I hope to have a 3rd visit to this place!”

Spice level is perfect and the flavor is phenomenal! I got the curry goat and this place actually cooks the potatoes in the curry. Quick, tasty, and it’s Jamaican food served in the south, the price is the price. No complaints here! Huge portions too!”

My portion was very big. I had to save some for later. The cost was less than a recent breakfast at a chain fast food restaurant. The cashier/order taker was very pleasant. There is not indoor seating, but outdoor seating was adequate for the time. We will definitely stop again.”

We have a favorite waitress Joyce she us awesome, she goes above and beyond for her customers. We have been going here for at least 15 years and counting. We love B&G grill. “The shrimp with cashews is my favorite. I’ve had it at other places in Goldsboro but other places have so much “fillers”. Here you get a large portion and the shrimp are large. I never liked hot and sour soup until I had it here. Plus, staff are so kind and so friendly. It is the only Chinese place I go to now.”

“I found Scott's BBQ sauce at a supermarket in Fayetteville.I smoked a 9# pork butt, dry rubbed when I started, @ 275 for about nine hours till I reached 200 degrees internal temperature. I basted the pork liberally with Scott's every hour. Let it rest for a half hour and it pulled apart, perfectly moist.I went with slider buns and coleslaw with dill chips and more Scott's to taste.I got rave reviews from my crowd in Florida that usually goes with the tomato based sauce. I was very impressed.”

Then when I got to try the cake, it was delicious. You can tell it was made with high quality ingredients and made with a lot of love. Thank you so much Legacy! “We had company from out of town and went there today, Saturday, August 6 for breakfast expecting good food that we had enjoyed there for many years. First of all we noticed that the restaurant was not neat and clean as in the past. My wife ordered eggs and country ham. The country ham was so tough that she couldn’t even cut it with her steak knife. Her grits had lumps in them. My guest and I ordered sausage and gravy biscuits topped with scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs were so thin and small that it was pathetic. As we were leaving, I noticed the Health Department rating that was posted in an inconspicuous place…a 90. The bathrooms had broken fixtures covered with a black plastic garbage bag and were filthy as a pigpen. We also learned that Dee had sold the business. We won’t go back‼️”

I thought it should have had more meat. Dining area could have been cleaner. Did corn on all four. Good choice. Did 2 al pastor and 2 shredded beef. All topped with onion, cilantro, and cheese. I liked both flavors of meat, and both are a reorder. But the shredded beef is a clear standout. Juicy and flavorful. Wonderful. I would get all shredded beef next time I partake.Good tacos.

“Ok, they don't do half stars so I bumped it up to five. This location is the best in Goldsboro, for me so far. Ash Street location bye ( read my review about it). Everyone was able to use there own coupons as long as they were separate orders, makes sense. Akire (Erika mirrored) and Ann, what a combination. The sandwiches were great, the service was great I am being honest when I say " you have to try this location". Make sure you get Akire or Ann to construct your sandwich. I'm not just trying to build them up just because of the experience I had with the location on Ash street. I rarely eat out twice a week. Usually maybe three times a month. However this location was so good I took my wife and daughter there 2 days after I had eaten there. I honestly recommend this location for your best Subway experience in Goldsboro. However I only validate Akire and Ann.
