Cancellation
Wigs here are made to order, so please refer to our cancellation policy once you do not want the order.
Cancellation within 12 hours: email us with your order number, we will help you cancel order and charge you 7% fee only.
Cancellation after 12 hours, before shipped out: 40% of the total will be charged as the restocking fee.
Cancellation after the item shipped out: we can not cancel it for you. You’ll need to receive the order first and then return it for a refund. And we will charge shipping and handling fee if your package is already shipped out.
Exchange
For all exchanges, please contact us first within 7 business days from receipt of product(s).
Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to you.
All exchanges on new, unused items only. Damage has caused (or miss handled) by customer will be customer's responsibility.
New item will be shipped out after the original item is received.

Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to us first within 7 days from receipt of products andstating the problems of the items via photos. All wrong shipments (or defective item) must report immediately within 3 business days receipt of products and an photo evidence is needed. Defective item(s) for same style and same color need to be inspected by our professional. Return without permission is not acceptable.
Please kindly note, the wig will exist color difference slightly due to different monitor, when wear the wig at first time, please comb and restyle it again due to delivery, before shipping out items, our quality department check it carefully and our wigs expert style it well.

Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. And for orders with free shipping, $20 shipping fee will be incurred.
Important information about the returned item:
• Items should be in no used state, with no changes. Items that have been coloured or washed are non-returnable.
• The returned merchandise must be contained in its original package with all inserts. If not, the expense for the lost item will be deducted from the refund.
• All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Please return the merchandise via post office.
Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and returned to you in the same way you pay the order. Please allow two business days to deal the returned item. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee.
